How Mama builds every cup

    Espresso-soaked ladyfingers

    Soft ladyfingers, dipped in freshly brewed espresso, laid down to begin the cup.

  2. 02

    A silky, egg-free cream

    Mama's smooth mascarpone-style cream, whipped without eggs and without alcohol.

  3. 03

    And once more

    A second layer of soaked biscuits and cream, because one is never quite enough.

  4. 04

    A snowfall of cocoa

    Finished with a generous dusting of cocoa, then lidded and ready for you.

Mama's recipe, made at home

Mamé by Mama is homemade in the truest sense: Mama's tiramisu, layered by hand in a home kitchen, a few cups at a time, with fresh ingredients and no shortcuts.

We make it without alcohol and without eggs, so everyone around the table can share it. We hope every spoonful tastes a little like home.
